How will a buyer get an order from Done For You Services ?

DFY has a thank you page with a video and written instructions. Once a customer purchases they are accepted into our private facebook group. 

What is the timeline to fulfill the order? 

When seller is onboarded to the Done For You Service program, we tell buyers about their fulfilment time being no more than 10 days. Moreover, please reach out to doneforyouservice@wesleyvirgin.com for any help. 

What will be done when if an order is missed? 

Our customer support staff informs us immediately and at that time we expedite the order within 24-48 hours. 

How can I get a refund? 

No refunds will be processed if the landing page has been started.
